New Territory – 2,000 acres, lakes, parks, community center.
Telfair – 2,018 acres, 70 acres water, 417 acres parks including lakes, tennis, pools, playgrounds.
Riverstone – 3,700 acres, part of which fronts Brazos River. 250 acres pods & lakes, 500 acres green space, parks, recreation. Contains homes with both Sugar Land and Missouri City addresses.
River Park – 800 acres, 160 acres parks, community center.
